DAVID P CHREST, CPA, MBA

David has been practicing accounting for over twenty-six years.

David's area's of expertise lie in business and individual compliance and accounting and auditing for closely held business with an emphasis on corporate consultation and strategy planning. He has experience with clients in a wide range of industries including government, manufacturing, service, and other closely held businesses.  David began his career  in industry. His experience as a corporate controller has allowed him to developed audit skills that enable him to uniquely identify problem areas. He brings the perspective of being able to view audit risk areas "from the other side of the fence," and provides valuable fraud detection and preventive information to the audit team, management and the board of directors.

David received his bachelors' degree from University of Scranton, Scranton Pennsylvania. He has earned his Masters in Business Administration from Southern Illinois University and is a Covey Leadership Graduate.  

David is a member of the American and Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the National Society of Accountants.

David is involved in various community activities including volunteering his time to Downingtown East Ice Hockey Club and the Cystic Fibrosis Society of Philadelphia.
